My Autobiography

Hello lovely reader. Right now I am currently in Edinburgh enjoying the delights of the Edinburgh Festival- at least I hope I will be enjoying it. But to keep you with something to read and as to serve as great overview to my blog, this posts is my autobiography. It links to lots of posts which pretty much tell the story of my life so far. Whilst you probably don’t want to read every single entry linked here, I’m sure that there will be something you will like!

Chapter One: Tales From Childhood

Once upon a time I was a child. I did some crazy things back then and earlier in the year I wrote a series of posts which shared the best of my memories.

Part One    Part Two    Part Three    Part Four

Chapter Two: Becoming a Teenager

Gradually I followed the trend of the human race and began to grow up. From around the age of 10 I have written a diary and across a series of posts I shared my entries, though I did find it hugely embarrassing….

Holiday Diary   2003 Part One   2003/2004   2004 Part Two

Oh and if you liked that stay tuned over the next few weeks because I’m going to write up bits of my 2005 diary and share that with you, so stay tuned!

  Chapter Three: Blogging Begins

I’m not entirely sure when I started blogging. It starts on this site at the start of 2009 but I had it on a previous site before then. Posts there were pretty rubbish though as you will be able to see but here’s some of the best of the early entries.

Visit to Auschwitz   My 17th Birthday   Visit to Monkey World  The Tank Museum/Crabbing

You might have noticed mention of a girlfriend back then. Well of course that ended early in 2010, which I blogged about. I still kind of see that relationship, or at least the breakup, as something which defines who I am to this day.

The Breakup   The Day After

Chapter Four: Getting into Uni

Perhaps the biggest challenge in my life for me thus far (well it’s what I said when I was asked the question as an interview) was getting into uni. I was really worried I wouldn’t get in. Here’s my struggle:

Interview #1   Interview #2   Interview #3   Worries About Exam Results   Results Day

I was really worried about getting in but so thrilled come results day. Still a great blog post to re-read!

Chapter Five: University Life

As exciting as uni was, it was terrifying to begin with…

Arriving at Uni    Uni Life Begins   The First Week

Of course I’m now two years into my course and here’s a few entries from the past two years which hopefully go someway in describing my life.

Nearly Winning a Wok   Ears, Presentation and Pancakes     The Hangover    The Drunken Kiss

I think they sort of made my life sound much more interesting than it actually is. Things haven't been as exciting lately but you can check out my recent blog posts to see such things. Reading back all those has made me quite excited for returning to uni in a few weeks though!

I hope you found something you like and please do comment on any of the posts, though remember that they were some time ago so views etc may have changed!

I have only managed to keep a diary for two periods of time in my life, one was a summer when I was about 9 or 10 maybe then one through a few months of year 11 which I think basically consisted of me writing about how we were getting to prom! :L But I don't think I could ever post my diary on the internet!
