Eurovision Song Contest 2010

I thought that after twelve hours sleep I ought to venture into the world.

My first activity was moving my TV and Wii across the room and onto a shelf so I can watch/play stuff whilst in bed. I shall be purchasing a cheap DVD player fairly soon which will be nice. Whilst doing this I found a poem I wrote some time ago and thought I may as well put it online. Read “Why I love you” here.

My blog has now been going for over two years. One of my first entries was Eurovision 2008, which appeared when my blog was on my website. Times have changed!

So Eurovision 2010. It was all a bit…good this year. There were very few songs that were awful. Spain was probably the funniest due to the weird dancers AND during the first attempt someone ran onto the stage though it was hard to tell he wasn’t part of the act. Here is Spain’s song for you:

This was my fave bit of that performance:

I also noted that some of the singers were very hot, which was nice. Germany won by a fair while but I quite liked their song. We, the UK, however came last. Nobody likes us. But it’s still a fun watch especially with Graham Norton’s awesome and entertaining commentary.
