Learning First Aid and a lot of my own vomit

Today I did a First Aid course with my work done by the British Red Cross. I did do a basic First Aid course about four year’s ago but this was a lot better. We began with the basic “DR ABC”- that’s Danger, Response, Airway, Breathing, CPR. So we did some practice on the recovery position and learnt how to do CPR which has been simplified greatly since last time I did it. We looked at how to treat conditions such as epilepsy, diabetes and heart attacks. The last bit we did was looking at how to do bandages on arms, hands and heads as well as how to put a sling on. I haven't done that since I did it with my scarf at cubs!

Tonight was a rather stressful evening for reasons best not gone into here and things got worse when I was really really sick. I have never seen so much of my own vomit in my life. That’s the second day in a row where my body has ejected a large amount of liquid so I am slightly worried what tomorrow holds.
