Gemma and I finally made it into Bournemouth to see Avatar today. We arrived in B’mth and popped into a few shops. We didn’t have time to have a proper lunch so we had a hotdog from a stand in the gardens, though we were then bombarded by pigeons which was annoying. The squirrels on the other hand are rather cute:
So unless you lost your hearing and fell down a bottomless pit in the last month, you know about Avatar.
2 and a bit hours of sci-fi action romance in spectacular 3D was so awesome, even if it does make you hate your own species. You have to see this if you have not already. The CGI is so good that you don’t even notice it’s CGI. The best character was the colonel who was excellent as a typical American general. If that’s what 2154 is like, I’m glad I’ll be dead.
