A year with Gemma

So happy. Today I have been with Gemma a year and what an amazing year it's been. New experiences and more important happiness. I am in love and there's not much else to say. Here's a link to my blog entry from a year ago: 24/7/08

Today we went to Bournemouth to relieve the day and we also went to Prezzo's for a lovely meal. I love you Gemmy-goos!

The Kooks, Bournemouth Opera House

Wow!

Me and Chris loled at support band Born Blond who were alright but had a stupid looking bassist and then the Kooks came on and it was awesome. Shine On is one of my fave songs ever so it was great to hear live, along with all the other awesome tracks. Chris got tired and disappeared for a sit down so I enjoyed most of it by myself but it was still amazing!!

I got stung by a bee

Today I didn't really have a lot to do other than visiting Gemma's house for Hannah's birthday. Now whilst I was sticking my head onto the trampoline to entertain Gemma's small cousin I felt a sharp pain in my foot. I looked down to see a bee hanging off the top of my sock. It seriously hurt I havn't been in that much pain for a long time. You wouldn't have thought a little sting would hurt so flipping much and bees are supposed to be in decline!

Well yes, anyway that's today's amazing story told. Come back at the end of the week to find out about my week at school.

Ice Age 3: Dawn of the Dinosaurs

So today Gemma and I went down to Bmth to see Ice Age 3 and it was pretty good. It was in 3D but the glasses we wore were more like sunglasses than those rubbish paper ones and the addition of 3D made it look amazing. The film was funny as expected especially Simon Pegg´s character of Buck. Here´s a nice Ice Age 3 widget, put sound on for it

Also in Bmth today was a Gay Pride March which saw some very bizarre characters wandering the streets...

In other news, Gemma and I made my "costume" for Friday where we are dressing up as an animal. I´m not telling you what it is yet but believe me I will look absolutely ridiculous.
