An evening at Chris's

So due to a complicated number of reasons I ended up going round Chris' house this evening. We started off with a bit of Wii Music, absoulutely destroying "My Grandfather's Clock". That's the song not a relative's timepiece.

Our brothers later arrived and this started a 10 race tournement on Mario Kart. It was rather amusing actually. We ate far to much rubbish and ended up all having sugar rushes which meant we were bouncing off the walls. I fell over when running on the shiny floor too.

But we had a laugh and a good time. :)

Whilst people are on a physics trip i am forced to find someone to talk to

P1: History. More about chartism.
P2: Free. Me and Tidby watched as an air ambulance came into school and took someone away on a stretcher. We then had to listen to all sorts of random songs, from Uptown Girl by Westlife to Cha Cha Slide by DJ Casper.
P3/4: Biology. I did my presentation on the Little Egret which went all right and then we did some notes.

Two new people are now following me on Twitter. Twinviper appears to have added me cos he lives in West Moors. I know this from this @reply from him:
"ello mate your just up the road :)"
Also someone called Heather is following me but there account has been suspended. Why is it that half the people who add me then get suspended? I spy a conspiricy...

Oh, and Mat won Masterchef yesterday as I predicted. Great result but what am I gonna do without Masterchef? :(

Nintendo 64

The attic has been sorted out this weekend and I managed to find the old Nintendo 64 up there. I remember it being around as a child but I never really got a proper chance to play on it but that's all changing now.
Here's a pic of one in case you've forgotten:
The only games we have are Super Mario 64 and 007 Goldeneye. The graphics aren't great as expected but the games are still great. Mario has moved on a lot since then and Goldeneye is certainly a lot better than the recent Quantum of Solace game on Wii.

Anyway, enough geek talk. I have a massive history essay due Tuesday that I yet to start which is extremly annoying but hopefully I can get on with it this afternoon and tomorrow evening. I am really not looking forward to school although it'll be great gossiping on whatever happened over half term. Loads of people are in New York too which is annoying but the DCM crew will all be there.

Sherbet is causing our household a lot of problems at the moment because she is pooping all over the flipping place, ruining both carpets and curtains. We have had to resort to a 2nd litter tray and some repel stuff that smells horrible. She is allowed out next week so hopefully we won't have the problem after that.

Bournemouth

Gemma and I went shopping in Bournemouth today although we weren't very sucessful in finding what we needed. Still, we had a good laugh and got to listen to the Dolphin Band- Whoop!

NB- That was such a short entry wasn't it. Still, tune in tomorrow for a nice long and amusing one...

Marwell Zoo

Along with Gemma and my family I went to Marwell Zoo today. They've added loads of great stuff like the Heart of Africa and Australian themed encounter village. It was a great day and having Gemma with me made it even better.

And to end here's a chipmunk that liked to show off...

I have a great 23 and a quarter hours

I spent the day with Gemma again today and we had a great day except for 45 minutes where I was stood outside her work whilst she had a stupid meeting about Co-op stuff. Hopefully my maths is correct and the title is right but I have given up on numbers now I have a GCSE in them. Anyway, APART from the 45 mins in the rain watching car after car drive past, I had a good day.

Valentine's Day 2009

The extremly obvious thing to do today was meet up with Gemma and I did. She gave me a nice wallet and a lovely message and we had a great day just chatting and we even went for a slight walk! It's a shame she has to work tonight, but hey I had a great day.

In other news, 4 people 'like' episode 28 of DWW on facebook which is nice of them. Keep the likes coming. Karl Harris likes his mention too.

And finally, I've discovered that Mario and Sonic are reuniting for the Winter Olyimpics, which is great news. First Video here.

Ethics and Twitter

P1: English Lit. The Boy in the Striped Pyjamas.
P2/3: History. Public Health.
P4: Mr M was away so FREE!
P5/6: Biology. The Cell Cycle. We also looked at stem cells today but I'm not sure we should be using them. It's not that I worry about embryos being destroyed it's just that I don't think we should mess with nature. If we were meant to do these things we'd already be able to do them. Somthing bad will happen if we mess up...

Any news on Gemma and her dislocation, you ask? Well not a lot. Her knee dislocated again earlier today and she is at the Dr's now and might have to have it in plaster but it looks like she should be OK. I hope she is fine.

Now suddenly Twitter has become a big thing and I'm pleased I got on just before it became cool. I'm following a few famous people: Stephen Fry, Chris Moyles, Red Nose Day etc. And I'm tweeting regularly: see here.

Dislocation, Dislocation, Dislocation

SOOO. I went round Gemma's today and we were sat around doing nothing really. I disappeared upstairs to the loo for few seconds and when I return downstairs I find Gemma has dislocated her knee. Now this used to happen all the time but it hasn't happened for quite a while now. She can walk on it so hopefully it'll be OK but to be honest I don't know what happens next. Gemma is used to it cos it happens so often...

Another snow day!

Once again I was lucky enough to have the day off school today due to the snow. I have been on and off with illness the last couple of days but I was well enough to walk round the lake in the snow. But the snow is starting to melt now but it was good whilst it lasted.

And here's the latest Sherbet pics:

It's Snowing!!!

So I woke up this morning and there was thick snow everywhere! I left for school and then found out school was closed! Woop! So in the end I went round to Gemma's and it was amusing cos snow is. It's half 6 in the evening now and the snow has got really heavy so I hope school is closed tommorow too.
